Refund policy

Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we work with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds We accept return/refund requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Lost in transit (not delivered within the estimated timeframe)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refund Process Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be noted on the product page.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing with our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
